Occupy Movement Needs to “Think Big” About a New Economy

Occupy Movement Needs to “Think Big” About a New Economy

this is just some idea's that sound like we could head in the right direction.

i dont even like putting the name walmart on here but doesnt anyone see
this is symptomatic of whats wrong with our country...consumerism, people acting
insane for a cheap piece of crap that they stay up all night for just to act
like some bad reality show....

seriously with the webpage above it offers interesting reading, that makes us
rethink what we have been force fed into believing what we want.

i promise im working on art but im getting very disturbed but excited that this
is all being challenged....

execution is there

wandered in to see elisabeth higgins o'connor show, she really captured the emotion on these pieces, those dogs feel like they are scrapping around Tijuana the bird has that menacing
look for looking.

war residue series

well here are two from the inspiration of the vietnam doc. i like the rawness. cant imagine the horror. the ones above are pow's trying to conceal who they are as human's, but trying to retain life

another great documentary

well here we watched dear america letters from vietnam havent seen it in awhile, the letters the music, the images leave a lot on you... feel compelled to do some work from it, im sure it goes hand in hand with wars in general like the other documentary restrepo way different style but never the less you find similiar questions cropping up like 'why are we here?' since then if im not mistaken the co director of restrepo was recently killed while covering the libyan civil war.

ebb and flowing

well heres a work in progress its already changing but thats what im enjoying
other night went with some friends to kindkreme vegan ice cream well
the kale/lime/coconut was a hit with me. now this is how nature is from my last post
i would talk to the mom mourning dove everyday, she seemed so sweet but nature can be
cruel the baby who got pretty big fell out of the nest i was heartbroken to say the least...
but on a positive story on a road i travel very frequently found an ol labrador just hobbling along
only to meet a couple with as much drive as me to help it from the streets, it had a pink dooney/burke collar on after knocking on many doors we found the little ol lady owner with an outfit to match 'sassy's' collar. so a happy ending somewhere in the world... choppy choppy

loma vegetarian zombies none

well all's i can say is we followed through, whether this is a long term goal or one spin off

some lady tells me the people in loma linda are zombie's at the grocery store, now i questioned if it was her saying that because they are vegetarians, or 7th day adventist? i couldnt be for sure like one time i was in italy at a shoe store i picked up a lovely pair and got yelled at in italian, well my perspective was whatever you do in italy dont touch the shoes, well this thought went on for many years, until my aunt went and proved me wrong.

heres a new one

we are blurry, we are listening,
we arent there

banksy sweatshop simpsons episode

hopefully everyone got to see this simpsons intro to moneybart
you gotta love that they let banksy get in there with
sweatshop images and thankfully he added animals
being treated like crap because they shouldnt be forgotten
with the dolphin hunt continuing in japan, it was great how he
used the cut off head of a dolphin and its tounge to seal the shipped box
of merchandise. lot of mixed sentences but seeing the documentary the
cove is painful/and inspiring of how people can be amazing, trying to stop the
dolphin slaughter in japan.
alright........

i havent fucked much with the past but i fucked plenty with the future'

what can i say but viability, pushes you through. questioning life and future reminds.

this song right here 'wing' from patti smith is just beautiful

i was a wing in heaven blue
soared over the ocean
soared over spain
and i was free
needed nobody
it was beautiful
it was beautiful

i was a pawn
didnt have a move
didnt have nowhere
that i could go
but i was free
i needed nobody
it was beautiful
it was beautiful

and if theres one thing
could do for you
you'd be a wing
in heaven blue

i was a vision
in another eye
and they saw nothing
no future at all
yet i was free
i needed nobody
it was beautiful
it was beautiful

bob barker has balls at 86

seeing bob barker's name today tied in with the sea shepherds, just reminds me how he has put his time and money in for animal rights sometimes you have to join with the fiercer organizations
to stop the animal brutality that goes on. here's a big thank you
